Welcome to Pocketpup ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our website [yourwebsite.com] (the "Site") and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our Site.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. We may update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time by posting updates to this page. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. PRODUCTS & PRE-ORDERS
All products sold on our Site are made to order. Every purchase is treated as a pre-order, meaning production of your hoodie begins after your order is placed. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Your hoodie is made specifically for your order in the size you selected;
- Delivery takes 15–20 business days, covering both production and shipping;
- Stated timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by demand, customs, or carrier delays beyond our control.

3. PRODUCT IMAGES & MEDIA
We use advanced imaging and enhancement technology to create and optimize our product photos and videos. This allows us to present our designs in the highest possible detail and quality. By using this Site, you acknowledge that:
- Product images and videos are digitally enhanced representations of our products;
- Slight variations in color, texture, lighting, proportions, and overall appearance may exist between the media shown on the Site and the physical product you receive;
- Images of animals in the pouch illustrate how the product is worn and are not a guarantee of fit or behaviour for any individual animal;
- Such variations do not entitle the customer to a refund, return, or compensation, provided the product delivered substantially matches the product ordered.

4. INTENDED USE & PET SAFETY
Pocketpup is a garment with a front pouch designed to carry a small dog or cat of up to 7 kg (15 lb) for short periods while the wearer is walking or seated. By purchasing, you agree that:
- It is not a restraint, harness, carrier or safety device and must not be used as one;
- The pouch is open. You will never leave an animal unattended in the pouch and will keep a hand near the animal until it is settled;
- You will not run, cycle, drive, ride, climb or take stairs two at a time with an animal in the pouch;
- You will not carry an animal above the stated weight limit, a puppy or kitten under 12 weeks, an unwell or injured animal, or any animal that struggles or is distressed;
- You will not close, zip, tie or cover the pouch opening with an animal inside.
You are responsible for your pet's welfare and for judging whether this product suits your pet. Use is at your own risk.

5. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in [currency] and include/exclude applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; price changes do not affect orders already placed. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, processed through secure third-party payment providers. We are not responsible for fees charged by your bank or payment provider, including currency conversion fees.

6. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock or production limitations. If we cancel an order on our end, you will receive a full refund.

7. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Because all hoodies are made to order:
- You may cancel or modify your order within 6 hours of purchase for a full refund;
- After 6 hours, orders cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded, as your hoodie has entered production and materials have been committed;
- Size is selected by the customer at checkout; returns or exchanges for size are not accepted;
- A pet being over the weight limit, or declining to sit in the pouch, is not a defect and is not grounds for a refund;
- If your hoodie arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we will provide a free replacement;
- Refunds, when applicable, are issued to the original payment method.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

8. SHIPPING
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address; we are not liable for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the product to the address provided.

9. CARE
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and hang dry. Do not tumble dry, iron or dry-clean. Damage caused by incorrect care, chewing or claws is not a defect.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site — including product designs, images, videos, text, graphics, logos, and branding — is the property of Pocketpup or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without our prior written consent.

11. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest data from it, or to submit false or misleading information (including fraudulent orders or chargebacks).

12. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure;
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, including injury to any person or animal arising from use of the product contrary to Section 4;
- Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pocketpup, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site or products.

14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Site may contain links to or rely on third-party services (payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of third parties.
